Our client is renowned for their cull-cycle fund practice, advising leading clients within the private equity, credit, renewable energy, real estate and infrastructure sectors. As part of the team, you will be advising on structuring, establishment, reorganization, corporate M&A and regulatory, secondary sales and investments for private, real estate, hedge and mutual funds.


You will be joining a small but expanding practice (ranked in Legal500 & Chambers), facilitating high-level exposure on large transaction with high-profile clients and offering a place for ownership and progression. You will also gain quality support by the top-ranked fs reg, tax, corporate and fund finance practices.


To be considered for this role, it's required that you have at least 3 years' worth of post-qualifying experience in London from a leading funds practice. You should be a UK Qualified Lawyer with experience in private funds and secondary transactions.
