This KS2 Phase Leader opportunity is perfect for a career-driven KS2 Teacher with curriculum or phase leadership experience.

In this KS2 Phase Leader post you will be teaching a KS2 class to be decided nearer the time. The SLT hope that the KS2 Phase Leader will play an important role in the development of the phase, especially with a potential upcoming Ofsted inspection. You will be expected to promote learning across the phase and implement strategies that can raise attainment. The school follow a more holistic philosophy and all class teachers are encouraged to keep their lessons, well rounded and varied.

This role would suit a driven KS2 Teacher who has a track record of 'Good' or better observations, experience of working in an inner city school and some form of curriculum or phase leadership experience. You will arrive with the resilience and determination to overcome any initial hurdles, learning and growing as an educator with each new day. You should be able to motivate your pupils to reach new levels of success and bring a highly creative approach to your lessons.
