🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive the development and deployment of advanced insurance pricing models that balance market competitiveness with profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless integration of pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and customer behaviours to ensure data-backed, customer-centric pricing decisions.
  • Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence in analytical techniques and pricing models.


✨ What You’ll Bring:

  • Essential: Proven track record in insurance pricing with a deep understanding of UK retail insurance products.
  • Expertise in GLM, GBM, and advanced statistical modelling techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API-driven system integrations.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Degree in a STEM field (2:1 or higher) or equivalent practical experience.
