As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of creative design, strategic marketing, and hands-on involvement in growing our online presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, photos, and images to enhance our brand identity across various platforms.
  • Website Support: Collaborate with our web development team to maintain and update our website, ensuring it remains fresh, engaging, and user-friendly.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for trade shows and LinkedIn marketing campaigns, driving both outbound and inbound traffic.
  • Sales Support: While not critical, experience in sales is a plus. The ideal candidate will provide support to our sales team, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize results.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, particularly in trade shows and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to our Barnsley office.
