What You’ll Do

As part of the architecture team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all products and solutions are fit for purpose and future-proof. Your focus will include both modernising current systems and developing new, innovative solutions to meet business needs.


  • Solution Design: Design modern cloud applications and document solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders to adopt innovative architectural solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to nurture, support, and guide them to stay aligned with the technical vision.
  • Innovation Driver: Be proactive in driving new solutions and effectively influencing change across the organisation.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Software Experience: You will have experience designing or developing .Net/C# applications
  • Cloud Experience: You have experience designing cloud-based solutions, particularly with Azure.
  • Influential Communicator: You can confidently persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy guiding and supporting development teams.
  • Inquisitive & Proactive: You have a passion for researching and learning new technologies, with a strong can-do attitude and ability to manage your time effectively.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience in designing modern cloud applications and documenting architectural strategies.
  • Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of supporting and nurturing development teams to align with the technical vision.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.
