Population Health QA Lead – Leading Software House – Milton Keynes – Up to £55k p.a. – Hybrid Working


A leading software development organisation is seeking a Population Health QA lead to join their team to take ownership and develop the Population Health Quality and Solution Assurance function.

You will perform vulnerability analysis of the solution, alongside Risk Assessment, and Root Cause Analysis.


Location: Milton Keynes – one day per month in the office

Salary: Up to £55k p.a. DOE + benefits


Key Skills:

• Proven experience of using data quality validation techniques and QA processes.

• Experience interrogating data using Azure SQL & MS PowerBI or any equivalent BI/ Data Visualisation Software.

• Working experience of healthcare data (desired).

• An understanding of any of Primary Care data, healthcare coding systems, and risk stratification systems in HealthCare, especially Population Health (desired).

• Development of test scripts and cases both automated and manual.

• Experience of Root Cause Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis, Regression Testing and Risk Assessment.

• Knowledge of the full end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.


Key Responsibilities:

• Help build and maintain an automated data validation solution for live customer environments.

• Develop and execute test cases and workflow scenarios.

• Design and Perform regression testing against identified high risk, high value, and vulnerable parts of the solution.

• Assist in the development and implementation of processes, protocols, and procedures to improve the quality of software and customer deliverables.
