Our client, a top-tier global consultancy, is seeking a Business Transformation Director to work with leadership teams on critical, high-value projects. Based in London, this is your chance to make a significant impact on businesses undergoing both growth and restructuring.


The Role: As a Business Transformation Director, you’ll collaborate with senior executives and leadership teams, guiding them through complex challenges. You’ll focus on areas such as cost optimization, working capital improvement, and M&A support, delivering practical solutions in high-pressure situations. Your ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies will help businesses improve profitability and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize cost structures, boost revenue, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial models and business strategies to address underperformance or capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on M&A, restructuring, and turnaround strategies, helping businesses navigate challenging transitions.
  • Engage directly with senior leadership, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality recommendations.
  • Oversee multiple projects and work streams, ensuring delivery of measurable improvements in tight timelines.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 10 years+ of consulting or industry experience, with expertise in areas such as cost reduction, M&A, or working capital management.
  • Strong academic background, ideally with a Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex scenarios.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to client needs, with flexibility around working hours as required.
