About The Role:
A highly desirable and sought-after architecture studio known for their crafted adaptive re-use projects are seeking a talented Senior Architect with experience of leading projects from concept to completion to join their collaborative team in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale projects, including cultural, residential, mixed-use and commercial and be a key member of a highly-successful, design-led team. Initially leading a high-profile London scheme currently at early design stages, you will spearhead the design development and subsequent delivery stage.
This is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning studio and play a significant role in design-led projects within a great working environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process through all stages
- Manage the team to ensure deliverables are achieved to the highest standards
- Lead design reviews with management team
- Manage packages through various stages
- Lead coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Registered ARB Architect
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working on UK design-led projects
- Experience leading project teams
- Exposure to adaptive re-use schemes
- Strong design skills
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
