The team regularly advises their clients in relation to executive level employment law issues such as senior level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants. But also has expertise in remuneration strategies, equal pay issues, tribunal claim handling, as well as diversity and inclusion.
