What is the role?

Valcon UK is looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong consultancy background to join our growing Consulting Practice. You will work closely with clients to lead and deliver change management strategies that align people, processes, and technology, ensuring successful transformations in dynamic business environments.

This is a permanent position with flexible hybrid working, offering an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects across various industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver tailored change management strategies to drive successful business transformations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Impact Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct detailed change impact analyses, identifying risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication and Training: Create and execute communication plans and training programs to prepare and support employees throughout the change process.
  • Change Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor change progress, ensure alignment with project goals, and address challenges effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of change initiatives.


Background

  • Proven experience in change management within a consultancy environment, ideally working across multiple industries.
  • Expertise in business transformation programs, including organizational design, process optimisation, and technology adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI, APMG Change Management Practitioner) are highly desirable.
