We are looking for a passionate and well-connected Model Agent / Booker who understands the tattoo industry and alternative beauty spaces. This role requires someone who can secure high-profile opportunities for our models, strategically market unique looks, and manage bookings worldwide.
As a Model Agent / Booker at INK Models, you will:
Manage and coordinate bookings for models across global markets, ensuring seamless communication between talent and clients.
Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring the best opportunities for our talent while securing commercial success.
Scout and onboard new talent, particularly individuals with striking and unconventional aesthetics.
Cultivate strong relationships within the fashion, advertising, and entertainment industries to create career-defining opportunities.
Strategize and pitch talent to brands, agencies, and creative partners across both digital and in-person platforms.
Provide tailored support to models, understanding their unique presence in the industry and positioning them for success.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring INK Models remains at the forefront of fashion and media representation.
Passionate About Tattoos & Alternative Beauty: You understand the cultural impact of tattoos and are dedicated to representing tattooed individuals authentically.
Experienced in Talent Management: You have worked with models, creatives, or influencers, particularly those with unconventional looks.
Well-Connected & Business-Savvy: You have strong industry relationships and know how to place talent in high-profile opportunities.
A Strong Negotiator: You're confident in securing the best deals and ensuring fair contracts.
Globally-Minded: You have experience working across international markets and can help expand our models' opportunities worldwide.
Digitally & In-Person Strategic: You understand both digital and traditional marketing strategies for talent placement.
Proactive & Organized: You can manage multiple schedules, bookings, and negotiations while staying ahead of deadlines.
A People Person: You're a strong communicator who builds trust with both models and clients.
Experience in modeling, talent management, influencer representation, or agency work.
Strong client networking and business development skills.
Knowledge of industry trends, fashion, advertising, and influencer marketing.
A passion for alternative beauty and diverse representation in media.
