Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to the various internal departments including: Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Commercial
  • Commercial contract drafting and negotiation: , service level agreements, intragroup agreements, TOBAS, NDAs, IT agreements and procurement agreements
  • Assisting with policy wordings and product development


Qualifications


  • UK qualified Lawyer - 2 PQE+
  • Direct experience of working in the UK Insurance market - either in-house or in a Law Firm specialising in Insurance Coverage/Litigation
