  • Termgrid is a cloud-based, SaaS platform purpose-built for private markets to streamline the debt financing process and drive industry efficiency and value for all deal participants.
  • Currently, Termgrid connects over 900 institutions across Private Equity investors, borrowers, institutional lenders (banks or direct), and their legal and debt advisors to deliver transparency, efficiency, and velocity to this $3 trillion market.
  • We are a fast-paced early-stage, yet well-established start-up building a new SaaS / Fintech category in the private debt markets.


About the role


  • We have a variety of marketing materials which we use to engage our audience. This includes sales collateral such as sell sheets and powerpoint presentations, as well as blog posts, research, primers and reports. The visual elements of these materials need to match the quality of this content by engaging, informing and inspiring our audience. 
  • The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be passionate about delivering first class visual design. This will span a range of elements from social media and video to technical documentation. 
  • In some cases this will be improving and iterating what already exists. In others it may be working with stakeholders across the business to bring abstract ideas to life.  
  • We are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of branding and marketing - ideally in a B2B SaaS or financial services context, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
  • Termgrid is a scale up technology and this role is currently a generalist design role. There is an opportunity to grow and specialise in the role - either into visual design or UX / UI as our need for product development grows.


Responsibilities:


  • Brand management: Elevate Termgrid’s visual identity, ensuring that our brand is distinctive and reflective of our core values. Develop a deep understanding of our visual language and how is used across a variety of formats. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure it is used correctly 
  • Develop layouts and graphics: Create layouts and graphics for websites, social media, and email campaigns 
  • Produce corporate / sales materials: Create brochures, sell sheets and powerpoint templates. This will include developing new formats as we expand our campaigns - reports, webinars, user guides etc. 
  • UX / UI design: Support Termgrid’s digital assets - including wordpress website and product by creating figma designs to showcase new features, work with internal stakeholders in product and engineering to produce design assets reflecting product development. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: Work with marketing teams and other internal teams to create visual content for campaigns, present concepts, and provide timelines and final deliverables. This may include incorporating feedback and amending designs where required. 
  • Brief external agencies: Where visual direction is needed for external projects, ie video, work with the editor to ensure the end result aligns to Termgrid’s visual identity. 


Must-have:

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in a B2B capacity
  • A portfolio of work which demonstrates your passion for design and use of design tools
  • Ability to plan and multi-task as there may be multiple projects at any one time 
  • Must be able to prioritise workloads, perform under pressure and be flexible to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative & innovative with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with a range of design tools including Adobe, Figma and Canva to produce design elements in the most appropriate format for the business
