At Working Mums East Sheen and Mortlake we are looking for Bank Staff, Level 2 Practitioners, Level 3 practitioners and Room leaders. We are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, caring, fun and confident Nursery practitioner to work in our team of talented peers. The nursery practitioner will work directly with parents and educators to create and deliver a fun and engaging programme of activities for children between birth-5 years old. In particular in the areas of cognitive development, language and communication, physical development, emotional growth and visual-motor skills.

Responsibilities:
* Create a nurturing environment for children.
* Using your knowledge of child development and learning theories to plan, implement and evaluate curriculum based on individuals children's needs.
* Organise children's activities to develop social and thinking skills.
* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
* Observe, record and analyse children's play and activities.
* Facilitate children's social interactions through cooperative play.
* Apply concepts from child development research to practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
