Residential Conveyancer | Birmingham

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches.
  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and best practices.
