Are you a proactive, client-focused professional seeking their next move within a dynamic team?

Our client, a well renowned integrated marketing communications agency are on the hunt for an ambitious and proactive Account Manager to join their talented team. With offices in central London, the company works with global and multicultural clients who are leaders in their industries.

The role is offered on a remote basis – but ad-hoc visits to their London offices will be required for key meetings

The Role:

The Account Manager plays a critical role in the business's success. You will work with clients on the end-to-end delivery of exciting marketing and brand work from client briefing and occasionally strategic development through to creative briefing and delivery – adding continuous value to the work they are doing

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the day to day relationship with contracted clients from client briefing to occasional strategic development and then the creative briefing and delivery
  • Take detailed briefs which clearly communicate the clients needs and add value where possible
  • Communicate the clients needs clearly and effectively to the design team
  • Enable the designers, artworkers an copywriters work through strong understanding and communications of the clients needs
  • Direct and organise large numbers of pieces of client work at any one time
  • Manage the client budget for each piece of work

About you:

  • Experience working in a creative agency is essential You will be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Manager looking for the next step or already at AM level
  • Extensive experience managing client accounts with various stakeholders.
  • Experience writing detailed briefs and working with design teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clients on a tactical day-to-day level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English - of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite and software reporting systems.

Desirable

  • Experience with financial or corporate accounts.
  • Experience working on POS campaigns with clients
  • Experience working on global accounts in Africa or African countries.
