The opportunity

Based in Guildford, Surrey, Foresight Sports Europe is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a passionate, driven, talented and organised Stock Controller. Reporting to the Support and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock levels across the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouses.
  • Ensure stock data is updated and available at all times.
  • Conduct monthly and annual stock-takes.
  • Source alternative suppliers and evaluate buying options to optimise inventory.
  • Update pricing and ensure accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders into the CRM system and warehouses.
  • Accurately assign stock to sales orders.
  • Obtain and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for relevant stock items.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the Support & Logistics Manager to arrange stock collections from global suppliers.
  • Work alongside the Logistics Coordinator to conduct basic Quality Control (QC) checks.
  • Liaise with the finance department and sales team on a regular basis.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


Ideally you will

  • Have previous experience in stock control, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Be familiar with the golf industry or have a passion for sports technology.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success.
