You will be working for a leading practice, renowned for providing exceptional legal services in children matters.

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be working with parents and responsible for handling a caseload of:


- Child Contact Arrangements & Child Support

- Guardianship & Care/Placement proceedings


Requirements for this Childcare Solicitor position in Surrey include:


- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of PQE

- Good experience in children law and related areas

- Willingness to be actively involved in marketing efforts


If you are not on the panel but are working towards it you will be supported with achieving Children Law Accreditation.
