Role Overview:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor to join our client's expanding team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, representing clients who have sustained injuries due to accidents, negligence, or other incidents. You will provide expert legal counsel, support clients through the claims process, and help them secure the compensation they are entitled to, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims, covering areas such as road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, slip-and-fall accidents, and medical negligence.
- Offer expert legal advice on clients' rights, available options, and the potential outcomes of personal injury cases.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including claim letters, witness statements, settlement proposals, and court applications.
- Represent clients in negotiations, settlement talks, and, when necessary, hearings or trials.
- Evaluate and advise on the value of claims, taking into account liability, damages, and other legal factors.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and drive cases forward.
- Ensure all case files and client records are managed efficiently and in compliance with legal deadlines, procedures, and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional client service through clear communication and consistent support throughout the claims process.
