Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager with a passion for early childhood education and a track record of success? About the Role:

This is a unique time to join Busy Bees as we launch our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners.


Woking Noahs Ark is a 64 place centre situated in a idyllic location, surrounded by rustic woodland. The centre comprises of four single storey barns, with an onsite farm ,daily woodland walks and a forest school


Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with BBC Children in Need, with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives.



What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare

  • Quality Improvement: Enhance educational programs and operational processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure a safe and secure environment, meeting all regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
  • Professional Development: Foster team growth to provide exceptional care.
