Senior Strategy Analyst - Product (Business Anayt) - Private Equity Experience


The Job

We’re looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our Product Strategy team and play a pivotal role in evaluating new product ideas and their impact on our business from both commercial and operational perspectives. With a strong focus on data analysis, this role is essential in helping us better understand our target client segments, track industry trends, and assess market potential to support the development of data-driven business cases for new product initiatives.


A successful analyst will be adept at gathering, interpreting, and communicating complex data to strengthen our competitive market intelligence (CMI) function and ensure insights are effectively shared across the business. Additionally, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to continuously update our understanding of client preferences and emerging market opportunities, feeding these insights directly into our product roadmap.


About You

You’re an analytical thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making. With 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and market research, you excel at translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategy. You’re comfortable with tools like Excel and Power BI, and ideally, you bring experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Financial modeling skills, particularly in Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis and ROI modeling, are essential.


In this role, you’ll apply your data expertise to support strategic initiatives, working alongside the Head of Product Strategy to shape long-term business goals. Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach will help ensure that key findings are well understood and actionable by stakeholders.

Salary

Competitive salary up to £83,000 for the Senior Strategy Analyst role, with pathways for career development and opportunities to grow within a company that values data-driven insights and strategic impact.
