Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role, with some remote working, for a Recruitment Consultant at Pure Law Recruitment. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, conducting consulting services, interviewing candidates, effective communication with clients and candidates, and executing recruiting strategies to match top talent with prestigious law firms and institutions.


Qualifications


  • Recruitment and Consulting skills
  • Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Recruiting expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in the legal industry is a bonus but not essential
  • Experience is a sales role is desirable
