Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead – SRM Implementation

Location: Flexible in UK (Hybrid options available)

Industry: Renewable Energy

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus + Package

A leading player in the industry is looking for a Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead to take the reins of a brand-new Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) implementation. As the Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising procurement & supply chain processes. With a focus on the SRM implementation, they will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance supplier engagement, streamline procurement activities, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a relatively immature function, where there is plenty of room to innovate, influence change, and lay the groundwork for future success.

Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead, Desired Background:

  • A strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading process improvements and system implementations.
  • Experience with SRM systems or similar technologies, and a passion for leveraging digital solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities and implementing scalable solutions in an evolving function.
  • Ideally, experience in the renewable energy or energy sectors, but this is not essential.
  • MUST HAVE EXISTING RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
