Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end development practices. You will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.


Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and other team members to integrate RESTful APIs and other services.


Code Quality:

  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in React.js development.
  • Suggest improvements and propose solutions to technical challenges.


Qualifications:


Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API).
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in version control tools, preferably Git.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in React.js development.
  • Proven experience in building complex web applications using React.js.
