Are you a skilled Real Estate Disputes Lawyer looking for the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 70 UK law firm as an Associate or Senior Associate in their growing Real Estate Disputes team based in the Thames Valley.

The firm's Real Estate Disputes team is thriving, and due to continued success, they are looking for a talented lawyer to be part of their expansion. You'll work within a highly regarded national team of 6 partners and 8 fee earners, collaborating closely with property, construction, and planning specialists to provide clients with a seamless, strategic service.

You will advise a diverse and high-calibre client base, including:

  • International and national corporates
  • Investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
  • NHS, local government, and charities
  • Universities, colleges, and schools

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise, work on complex and high-value disputes, and build strong client relationships in a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role

As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will manage your own caseload of complex real estate disputes, including:

  • Land and development issues – land sale disputes, development agreements, restrictive covenants, and vacant possession strategies.
  • Landlord and tenant disputes – lease renewals, rent reviews, breach of covenant claims, unlawful alterations, and mixed-use schemes.
  • Property litigation – boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance claims, and rights of light matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients and managing your own caseload independently.
  • Supporting and supervising junior fee earners.
  • Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.
