Principal Software Engineer - (London / Hybrid) - Up to £130K + 10% Bonus + Great Benefits


TogetherWeTech is hiring for a Principal Software Engineer with a Front End focus, for a forward thinking online media and technology company.


As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing high-level systems and components, as well as participating in the hiring and mentoring processes for the team. This position is also essential for the design and implementation of our clients next-generation AI platform, requiring hands-on involvement and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure the adoption of best practices and flawless execution.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer - Mainly on the Front end
  • Solid knowledge of Front end tools such as Vue.js, Svelte or React.js
  • Familiarity with Backend languages similar to Node.js, C# and Java
  • Excellent HTML/CSS skills - proficient in building and styling data.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers to help them unleash their full potential
  • Assisting architectural designs, discussions and driviving the AI innovation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product, Content, SEO and Paid Marketing
  • Take ownership of the technical roadmap ensuring alignment with the business
