Senior Medical Writers are entrusted with delivering strategic and scientific value to key client accounts. They serve as key representatives of the company, contributing to its reputation and client base growth.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Actively contributing to the development of client strategies using their expertise
  • Enhancing internal processes and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independently creating content based on provided briefs
  • Producing content that meets the needs of healthcare professionals, anticipates their requirements, and aids client decision-making
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and precision in all projects, adapting writing styles as needed
  • Integrating scientific, technical, and commercial elements to deliver compelling programs
  • Collaborating with account management teams to foster strong client partnerships
  • Gaining comprehensive knowledge of client data, therapeutic areas, and commercial objectives
  • Upholding high standards in all tasks, ensuring excellence in both deliverables and interactions
  • Cultivating client relationships through exceptional writing and expertise
  • Acting as a trusted scientific and strategic advisor to clients
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed with excellence, on time, and within budget
  • Mentoring and training others, while implementing processes that enhance efficiency

  • A degree, potentially advanced, in a scientific, medical, or life sciences discipline
  • Significant experience in medical writing
  • A background in a respected medical communications agency
  • Experience crafting content for diverse audiences
  • Proven success in developing strong client relationships
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and remote management
  • Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully
  • Expertise in providing strategic scientific guidance
