We're Seeking a Passionate Head of Product


Location: Remote from Europe.


At Silo Team, we tackle the high turnover rates among software developers. We're driven to reshape the software development landscape, making it a space where developers can excel from day one.


Our aim is to set new industry standards that foster innovation and growth by addressing several critical challenges: the disorganised mess of technical documentation when getting started, lack of automation, insufficient accountability and progress tracking, knowledge silos, and adapting to new team cultures.

As the Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic and significant enhancements across the Silo Team platform, focusing on boosting our capabilities to understand and exceed customer expectations.In this leadership role, you will closely collaborate with both our engineering and commercial teams to ensure that our product strategies align seamlessly with business objectives and customer demands.


What You'll Do:

  • Articulate the vision and set strategic direction while developing a comprehensive product roadmap.


  • Spearhead the creation of an exceptional user experience.


  • Prioritise high-impact projects, equipping our skilled engineers to deliver significant value.


  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to guide the team towards success.


  • Collaborate with team members to introduce new capabilities and enhance our developer experience with innovative tools and processes.


  • Employ both qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed product decisions, boosting user satisfaction and product effectiveness.


  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer-facing products, from development and documentation to deployment and ongoing maintenance.


  • Ensure seamless integration and management of critical user journeys, from client-side implementations to server endpoints.

  • Very experienced in working with high-performing product teams and managing complex projects in tech-centric environments.


  • Skilled in data analysis and able to make informed decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement.


  • Proficient in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented culture.
