We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Bedford. This role is crucial to our mission to become the No. 1 recruitment business in our sector. While previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

We aim to support your development in business skills and relationship building within a niche sector and focused regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via social media, job boards, and international networking events.
  • Screen candidates, advise on suitable roles, and guide them through the entire process.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly motivated personality with a competitive spirit.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Multilingual in English and German or French is a major benefit, though not essential.
