Position: Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential clients in the beauty salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic markets.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with high-end beauty salons to showcase our advanced devices.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and successfully close deals.
  • Work closely with finance partners to arrange leasing options for customers.
  • Oversee the installation of devices and organise comprehensive training for clients.
  • Offer ongoing support and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Take ownership of your sales territory to maximise growth and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to expand business.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay connected with market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in cold calling and developing new client relationships.
  • A positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
  • Strong presentation and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Proficient in business-level English.


Compensation Package:


Basic Salary: 拢50,000 with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Commissions: 2.5% paid monthly (average sale price of machine = 拢30,000).

Quarterly Bonus: up to 拢3,000.

Annual Bonus: up to 拢10,000.

Car Allowance: 拢550 per month.
