Steppe2 is a startup launched recently in London with serious experience, established clients and the financing and ambition to grow. Our Co-founders merged portfolios, teams and support in order to be able to capitalise on the opportunities in the sector to expand internationally. The field sales market in the UK, while established here is immature in most of the new developing Markets. Our move in expanding into India and the rest of Europe only continues to highlight our ambition to maintain our position as the number 1 agency in the UK in our field.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Angel Islington, London. Everyone will begin with learning sales and customer relationships fundamentals, then will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through targeted field marketing and technical or contract sales. Day-to-day tasks will include daily dynamic hands on training with tailored coaching, identifying and engaging with potential customers face to face, managing client relationships and closing deals. Our goal is to develop qualified individuals into management positions in a short amount of time for the continued Domestic and International expansion.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer facing skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue is preferred.
  • Willingness to be coached and developed by peers.
  • Confident in face to face communication.
  • Strong proactive thinking skills, with experience in team environments and problems solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Confident English communication
