About the Role
This is a key leadership role, overseeing multiple residential developments to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
Managing multiple live housing developments across the North West.
Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, meeting quality, cost, and time targets.
Building strong relationships with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Driving continuous improvement in construction processes and performance.
Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects.
With significant expansion plans in place, this role offers the opportunity to grow within a leading house builder that values its people and promotes from within.
What's Required
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the housebuilding sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites.
A track record of delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
