IAM Technical Analyst

Contract Duration:12 months

Rate £479 per day Inside IR35

Location: Remote


Role Overview:


Join a dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with a leading Bank, representing the IAM function in a pivotal project within Privileged Access Management (PAM).


You will shape and deliver roadmap activities, support key initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the overall IAM journey.


You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with security standards, making a tangible difference to the organisation.



Main Duties:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and execute the IAM/PAM roadmap.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Ensure appropriate and relevant access levels are maintained to support role requirements.
  • Support high-priority bank initiatives while managing day-to-day administrative IAM tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM-related Information Security policies, Access Control Standards, and the Access Governance Framework.



Essential Skills & Experience:



  • Proven experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)tools, particularly CyberArk
  • User administration expertise across platforms such as Active Directory (AD), RACF, and Unix
  • Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Entra and Azure Demonstrated ability to implement IAM control improvements across various technical disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to manage diverse relationships.
  • A solid understanding of Information Security and related Policy Standards.



Desirable Skills:


  • Broader user administration experience across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools, privilege management, and cloud security.
