The Position


Small Luxury Hotels of the World is a global brand that delivers reservation services for small luxury independent hotels around the world.


We currently recruiting for an entry-level Junior System Analyst to assist with day-to-day operations across a range of system and process. This is an entry-level role and full training will be given.


As part of a small IT team, the responsibilities of the Junior Systems Analyst role include (but are not limited to) the following:


Key Responsibilities


Salesforce Administration & User Support

• User creation, setup and maintenance

• On-going improvements to the Salesforce Org as required, ensuring all changes are documented

• Creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards as required

• Provide first-line support to the 90+ Salesforce users

• Housekeeping tasks


Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365

• Maintaining Distribution Groups for Partnership programs

• Assisting with the planned migration to Office 365 in 2025 (auditing existing mailboxes, housekeeping of office data)

• Assisting with the management of quarantined emails


Other Responsibilities

• Assisting with reporting requests

• Assisting with the company move to new offices in 2025

• Assisting in maintaining the IT Asset Register

• Other IT-related tasks and projects as and when required


Reporting Lines


This key role reports to the VP of Technology.


Skills and Experience


The ideal candidate will possess:


• A desire to learn, coupled with keen attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels.

• Effective time management skills and ability to overcome obstacles to meet deadlines

• IT qualifications such as Level 3 BTEC Extended Diplomat in IT would be desirable (ideally DDD)
