This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining staff training and upskilling documentation, effectively leading the team and ensure that they complete their daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.


This role will be working the following WEEKLY rotating shift pattern:


Monday to Friday 06:00 am to 14:30 pm (1-hour early finish on Fridays)

Monday to Friday 14:30 pm to 23:00 pm (1-hour earlier start and finish on Fridays)


About The Role

How will you contribute:

  • Maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a “Right First Time” product to the customer.
  • Drive zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of the quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Understand throughput rate to support customer requirements.
  • Drive a Lean Manufacturing process and apply 5S methodology.
  • Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that commodity status can be seen briefly.
  • Participate in follow up of customer concerns. Contribute to assessing root cause using robust countermeasures. Support the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues. Escalate where appropriate.
  • Reporting of all throughputs, improvement and people requirements within given time parameters.
  • Assist in New part changes, production trials, model change and pilot build in area of responsibility.


What will you Bring.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Evidence in leading a team or supervising staff on shifts.
  • Understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing and 5s methodologies.
  • Prior experience in working within a busy, fast paced Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain environment.
  • Problem solver can do attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge (Excel, WMS, SAP etc.)
  • Job experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial (JIT, Sequencing, Packing, Delivery)
