This Top 100 firm, known for their reputation in dealing with HNW / UHNW Family work, are looking for an 1-2 years PQE solicitor to join their growing team in Guildford.

This top 100 firm are highly ranked in the legal 500 over multiple legal disciplines. The majority of their partners are recognised individuals and boast client bases many regional firms can only strive to have.


The partners in this practice are leading but what stands them apart is the open-door culture they have created. There is a heavy emphasis on support and training from the top down which few firms of this size have successfully implemented creating a nurturing culture to grow and develop a legal career. There is no sink or swim culture here.


There is a commercial focus at this practice but this is not at the sacrifice of their individual services teams. They deal with big-ticket corporate, commercial and litigation work and have a strong reputation for attracting HNW / UHNW individual services work including private client, family and property giving their fee-earners fantastic exposure to the strongest quality level of work accessible outside of the city.

The Role


This is a rare opportunity for a Family Solicitor 1-2 years PQE to join a growing Top 100 firm based in Guildford.


The family department of this firm are one of the largest in the South-East boasting 12+ experts who focus solely on privately funded matters. The team houses several L500 recommended individuals who attract big ticket, HNW work which includes local, national and international cases. This firm deals with a broad diet of family work which includes; divorces and finance matters, children act matters, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and much more.


This role has been designed for an ambitious lawyer who wants to put their stamp on a role.


Requirements?

  • You will be a Family Solicitor 1-2 years PQE
  • You will possess a passion for working in Family Law
  • You will have an eye for detail, and be motivated to join a heavy hitting practice
  • You will be commercially minded and driven to succeed
