Location: Bristol (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy across hardware, software, and system levels.
- Ensure early-stage quality integration, shifting focus from end-phase testing to proactive quality assurance.
- Oversee system-wide testing, including internal components and third-party cloud integrations.
- Lead a global test engineering team, ensuring coordinated quality efforts.
- Implement structured test plans to drive system maturity and transparency.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues using structured methodologies like 8D.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to improve test coverage and reduce field failures.
- Shape and improve standard work to increase Test efficiency and output.
- Drive Continuous improvement to detect and solve product quality early in the design phase.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in system-level quality and testing, with a hands-on and strategic approach.
- Strong background in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Expertise in end-to-end test planning, automation, and system validation.
- Familiarity with DOE, FMEA, DFSS, and failure analysis techniques.
- Strong in complex problem solving and crisis management
- Degree (BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc) or HND/HNC in Electronics, Software, or related field.
