Lorien’s client is a leading commercial bank and seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, customer journey enhancements, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and customer service, to define project requirements and objectives.
-Utilise Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business efficiency.
-Integrate and manage APIs to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
-Analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
-Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
-Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
-Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
-Strong knowledge of API management and integration.
-Demonstrated experience in analysing and optimising customer journeys.
-Excellent data analysis and data management skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
-Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
