What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Product Vision & Strategy: Own and develop the product roadmap, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions that drive business growth.
  • Enhance Product Adoption: Monitor and increase product adoption, ensuring that solutions are robust, well-integrated, and meet stakeholder needs across the organisation.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Define success metrics, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings.
  • Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, manage priorities, and promote collaboration to align on shared goals.
  • Innovate & Optimise: Analyse business needs and implement tech solutions or improved processes that balance system scalability with specific market or brand requirements.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Develop deep knowledge of the business area and the Salesforce ecosystem, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your business area and become a Subject Matter Expert in how Salesforce solutions are used to support it.
  • Work with Product Managers to maintain and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Prioritise enhancements and maintain tools like Monday and JIRA, making it easy for development teams and stakeholders to track and execute against product roadmaps.
  • Support project implementation, including testing, training, and handover to support teams.
  • Promote system adoption through training sessions, best practices, and engaging content like demos, webinars, and how-to videos.
  • Collaborate with wider tech teams to identify synergies across the group and balance system scalability with unique business needs.
  • Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met in your product area, communicating updates to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
