This business is passionate about creating best in class, high performance and accessible products and is on a great journey. They grew by around 15% in 2023 and this accelerated again to growth of approx. 20% in 2024. They are fully expecting to further accelerate this year also with +20% growth again.

Not only that but they were the fastest growing skincare brand in Boots in 2024. This company is making huge waves in the beauty industry right now.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Due to the rapid growth they have been seeing we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join the team as a National Account Executive to support the the team on key e-Retail accounts including the likes of Lookfantastic, Feel Unique, Beauty Bay among others.

  • Be responsible for owning the operational tasks: PO processing, invoicing, OOS reporting, sell-out data analysis, trade plan marketing execution, new line form submissions, competitor reporting, and online audits.
  • Deliver bespoke marketing plans and successful NPD launches for all accounts against aligned KPIs and success metrics.
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with internal teams and account managers to formulate customer-specific toolboxes and brand activation plans for key NPD and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure each customer executes the perfect digital shelf including the most effective SEO, optimising based on the latest internal and external learnings.
  • Use industry tools, internal reporting, and retailer data to provide performance analysis, ROI analysis on marketing activities, and category insights to the brand.
  • Support the channel by contributing towards the development of Joint Business Plans working closely with retailer marketing teams to ensure maximum involvement and fit within their own activity and content calendars.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a sales/marketing FMCG environment. This could be any Consumer Brand or Retail.
  • If you have experience of buying we would also be open to this if you were keen to move into Account Management.
  • Beauty Experience preferred but not essential
  • Commercial acumen, collaboration, and teamwork are an essential part of this role.
  • Proven experience and results in creating sales-driving initiatives and trade marketing plans.
  • Proven success in managing several projects to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Strategic and executional understanding of the e-retail environment.
