Summary of the role: The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent across the Waystone Group whilst managing key stakeholders within their assigned segment of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and interest in available positions.
- timely, detailed feedback to candidates following interviews
- CV’s and applications to determine suitability for specific roles
- various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract candidates
- accurate information and detailed feedback on the Applicant Tracking system
REQUIREMENTS

Experience:
Motivated self-starter who can work both independently using their initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues.
Enjoy working with people and can interact with stakeholders and external bodies in a professional manner
Organised, delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such will always deliver accurate work within an agreed time frame
Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively
Demonstrated understanding and application of talent management practices
Excellent, interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills
Desirable to have experience working in a global organization
Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools
