The Opportunity

In September 2023, Vedanta Limited announced its plan to demerge its business units into independent “pure play” companies to unlock value and attract big ticket investment into the expansion and growth of each of the businesses. Vedanta is thus looking to onboard a visionary leader with strong investor knowledge, experience in debt, equity in public as well as private markets and best-in-class fundraising.

He/she should have strong relationships and a successful track record of raising assets from institutional investors, consultants, family offices and/or ultra-high net worth client segments. The candidate should have a strong financial and analytical acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and approach for leading strategic growth initiatives.
