Microtrol Limited are seeking an Electronics Technician


A unique opportunity to join a small innovative company at the forefront of industrial control systems

Established in 1982 and based on the edge of Worcester, Microtrol Ltd has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the integration of computers, microprocessors and microcontrollers with industrial applications. The successful applicant will join a small, dynamic team, and will be an integral part of moving the company forward. The projects are varied and interesting. Many projects are aimed at, but not limited to the HVAC industry.

We have also been and in some cases continue to be, involved with the Motor industry, Motorcycle electronics, Radio communications, Spring manufacturing and Polymer testing equipment.


We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Electronics Technician to join our team.


Your Role

You will be an integral part of a highly respected, expert, and innovative team. You will be hands-on from the start, taking ownership of your position and making a positive impact on the business.

Your qualities will enable you to:

  • Carry out both surface mount & through hole soldering to a high standard.
  • Carry out final build tasks including testing & quality control.
  • Stock management
  • General Production Duties
  • Contribute to the team’s engineering and product development goals.


Your background

  • Show a clear enjoyment and enthusiasm for electronics.
  • Knowledge of electronic principles and circuits.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, resourceful, and driven to deliver great results.


Employment:

Full-time, 12 Month Contract with view to extend


Salary:

Negotiable: Depending on experience
