Job Role

We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated Digital Project Manager to join our busy Digital team.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you'll work closely with key stakeholders, managing and overseeing all project lifecycle requirements, such as creating specifications, timelines, and budgets from the client's brief, all the way to testing and project delivery.

You will also attend any required meetings and coordinate resources to ensure that delivery is to the very highest standards, on-time, and on-budget.

As a member of the Digital team at Outlook, you will oversee and support projects across a variety of requirements, from websites, eLearning, virtual events, app development, to emails, social media projects and SEO strategy. It's all in a day's work

Your technical and strategic digital abilities will contribute to playing a key role in driving the continued success of the digital projects in the team.

If you have any background in a WordPress, Google Analytics and Marketing Automation platforms, that would be a huge benefit.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience of digital project delivery in a digital agency setting, working with a variety of different stakeholders including external clients
  • Has previous experience managing a small team
  • Is self-motivated, driven to deliver, and uses own initiative with a solution-focused approach
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills, and confident working both independently and as part of team
  • Is able to work under pressure of deadlines, managing and prioritise own workload effectively
  • Has knowledge of digital frameworks, including code bases and server side, WordPress, smart apps, and PHP development solutions

This is being advertised as a full-time, hybrid role, with an expectation of working from our office in Northampton a minimum of four days per month.
