The Account Manager is the primary client services contact responsible for relationship building, client retention, client satisfaction and accelerating client revenue growth. Account Managers are expected to drive and influence the up-selling strategies within the assigned account, driving territory revenue to exceed sales goals. Ensure a collaborative and partnered relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

Passionate about delivering high client satisfaction, develop close relationship based on mutual trust and respect, understanding needs of our client and delivering SVS services to meet those needs in a commercially focused environment.

Development and execution of a client service delivery strategy for assigned client around needs, contract specifications and cost components.

Understand and manage contract expiration and prepare and present SVS solutions in advance to retain relationships. Monitor and manage the terms and conditions of a client contract, including timely resolution of outstanding invoices.

Conduct regularly scheduled calls, presentations and on-site client visits to review business performance including training and education. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, presentation skills and attention to details are a must for this role.



Qualifications:

Previous experience within retail or a retail associated business, payments and gift cards is highly desirable, in addition to previous account management experience being necessary.

A degree or equivalent industry experience required; minimum of two years Account Management experience; and a proven track record of successful revenue growth within client portfolio.

Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to conduct onsite presentations and effectively facilitate meetings. Excellent consultative approach involving great active listening skills and questioning skills.

Able to think out of the box and is action oriented. Can easily pose future scenarios; can identify and present opportunities and push new opportunity based on client's growth plan. Able to deliver difficult information to clients in a positive, constructive way.

Stored Value and Gift Card Market experience an advantage but not essential.

This is a home-office based position.

International travel may be required; must possess a valid passport and driver’s license.
