Design Governance Specialist - Mobile Telecoms Site Design - Cell Sites/Base Stations

Are you ready to shape the future of mobile telecoms cell site design? We are looking for a Design Governance Specialist to join our team and drive digital transformation in design delivery.


As the Design Assurance Specialist, you will serve as the critical link between our Design Team and IT & Digital Department. Your role will be central to implementing cutting-edge technologies, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in design delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the design team.
  • Develop and implement innovative technologies to optimize site design processes.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and Digital departments to align on process improvements and transformation goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify key areas where technology can streamline workflows.
  • Drive future design strategies that leverage technology for better efficiency and results.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in mobile telecoms site design.
  • Strong understanding of improving and streamlining design processes through technology.
  • Previous experience in a digital transformation program.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think critically and implement change.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
