Flame Artist - London - £400-480pd


We are supporting an artist-led VFX studio who are seeking a talented Flame Artist to join their team on a freelance basis.


As a Flame Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual effects for a variety of advertising projects. You will collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life through innovative and technically sound Flame techniques.


Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual effects using the Flame software.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand and interpret design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain efficient Flame workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Flame Artist in the advertising or film industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Flame software.
  • Excellent understanding of visual effects principles and techniques.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistry and technical skill.


Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with other VFX software (e.g., Nuke, After Effects)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python)
  • Experience with 3D software (e.g., Maya, Cinema 4D)


Details

  • On-going short project opportunities
  • Daily rate up to £480pd depending on experience/portfolio
  • Primarily remote work with the option to come on-site in London if needed
