About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Director for a luxury hospitality and leisure brand to oversee all aspects of technology operations, projects and innovation across several sites. You will lead a small team, implementing and maintaining technology platforms, ensuring security and optimising customer experience. You will need to ensure that systems are robust and support the broader business and that excellent service is delivered by the team. We are equally looking for someone to set an ambitious IT strategy, leveraging innovation to deliver excellent customer experience.

Candidates will also demonstrate the following –

• IT leadership in a consumer focused business.
• Experience of POS platforms
• Experience of customer systems such as CRM, loyalty, membership, mobile apps or similar.
• Experience of leading and mentoring a team.
• Knowledge of delivering a robust infrastructure and transitioning services to the Cloud.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience of ensuring system and data security.
• The ability to work with the business to set a clear and innovative IT strategy.
