About the Role:
We're offering an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients in the fashion retail space as the new CRM Manager, where you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. You'll design, implement, and optimise retention campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, impactful, and aligns with the brand. What You'll Do:
As CRM Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and fine-tune multi-channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to boost player engagement and minimise churn.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Use analytics to monitor performance, track customer behaviours, and adjust strategies to drive results. Your work will be crucial to shaping the retention approach.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure content is on-brand across platforms and lead the CRM marketing calendar, communicating with key stakeholders.
  • VIP Engagement: Manage the VIP program, delivering personalised experiences that enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Innovation & Optimisation: Conduct competitor research, oversee segmentation, and AB testing strategies, and work with the creative team to develop fresh, innovative content.

What We're Looking For:
We're searching for a talented, dynamic individual who's ready to bring new ideas to the table and has a genuine passion for customer retention. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree (2:1 or above) in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in a CRM role, ideally using platforms like Klaviyo.
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of HTML for campaign editing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for making data-driven decisions.
