We're looking for an amazing designer with a passion for creativity to join our team.

The Role

As an experienced Middle-Weight or Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our clients' brands. You'll be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring and supporting the other designers, and bringing fresh, cutting-edge ideas to the table. Your expertise in branding, motion graphics, creative concepts and digital and website design will be essential in creating compelling and engaging visuals across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for client projects from concept to execution
  • Develop visually striking designs for websites, digital campaigns, branding, and digital marketing materials
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, developers, and clients to ensure design objectives align with business goals
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and creativity
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously push the boundaries of design
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, branding, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and branding projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant animation based design tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX and web design best practices
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking
  • Excellent motion graphics understanding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a huge plus
